Terms and conditions of Run for Moore

These terms and conditions apply to your participation in Run for Moore and all associated transactions.

  1. All participants understand that the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK and its associated companies and sponsors (and companies processing data on its behalf) will hold and use data provided by them in connection with Run for Moore administration, to keep them informed of its activities and for occasional fundraising appeals.
  2. By taking part, all participants confirm that they are happy for any footage or photographs taken during their participation in Run for Moore to be used to publicise Run for Moore and Cancer Research UK generally, including television, website and DVD/video broadcasts.
  3. By taking part, all participants understand that Cancer Research UK may distribute details and/or images of participants to those providing media coverage of the event and consent to their names and/or images being passed to them and being published in any media reporting details of the event.
  4. All participants understand that any products distributed at the events are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or substituted if necessary.
  5. All participants must write their name and details of any health problems or medication on the reverse of their running number, which must be worn on the front of their T-shirt during the event.
  6. Any participant unsure of their physical ability to take part in the Run for Moore must take medical advice from a general practitioner prior to the event.
  7. All participants enter these events entirely at their own risk and Cancer Research UK and associated companies shall not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as a result of their participation.
  8. Absolutely no pets, baby strollers/prams or roller skates/blades are allowed on the course.
  9. Only people aged 16 or over may take part. We can take no responsibility for under 16s on the day.
  10. You have a legal responsibility to ensure that all sponsorship money/donations received by you for Run for Moore are paid to the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK before 31 January 2009.
  11. If your entry pack does not reach you before your event day, you are entitled to a refund as long as your entry was received ten working days prior to that date.
  12. Stocks of our T-shirts are limited. In the event that the size requested is not available we will send you an alternative size based on availability.
  13. Use of our website is subject to Cancer Research UK's website terms and conditions.
